End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you and Taqitz Advisors LLC (“Taqitz,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of our careers portal at careers.taqitz.com and related pages and emails (the “Portal”). By requesting an application link, opening one, or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to this Agreement and acknowledge our Privacy Notice.
1. License and permitted use
Subject to this Agreement, Taqitz grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Portal to learn about open positions, apply for them, and check the status of your application. You may not use the Portal on behalf of another person or for any other purpose.
2. Application links and security
Access to an application is through private links sent to the email address you provide. Links are personal to you; do not share or forward them. You are responsible for activity through links sent to your email address. Links expire after 36 hours and can be opened a limited number of times. We may revoke a link or limit access at any time to protect the Portal or other applicants.
3. Your application
You represent that the information and documents you submit are accurate, complete, and your own, and that written responses describe your own experiences. Taqitz may verify employment history, credentials, and other information you provide. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification or, if discovered after hiring, termination of employment.
You grant Taqitz a limited license to store, review, and process your submissions to evaluate your application and, where stated in the position description, to consider you for future openings.
4. Application activity
The Portal records how the application form is used, as described in the Privacy Notice, including the order and timing of field access and counts of typed and pasted characters. By using the Portal, you consent to this collection. This information is provided to human reviewers; hiring decisions are not made solely by automated means.
5. Acceptable use
You will not (a) submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, including malware; (b) attempt to access another applicant’s information or any non-public part of the Portal; (c) use automated means to access, scrape, or submit to the Portal; (d) circumvent link, rate, or other limits; (e) impersonate another person; or (f) use the Portal to violate any law or third-party right.
6. No offer of employment
Nothing on the Portal, including a position description, an application link, or a status update, is an offer or contract of employment. Positions may be filled, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Portal, including its software, content, and design, is owned by Taqitz and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are granted to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taqitz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising out of or relating to the Portal.
10. Term and termination
This Agreement applies while you use the Portal. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of this Agreement or to protect the Portal or other applicants. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including Sections 3 and 7–11, will survive.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Agreement; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: info@taqitz.com.
